1.As per the request of schools and followings this the decision of the HRDARO committee ADDITIONAL SECOND PLACE is offered instead of THIRD PRIZE. But there is no change in the cash amount i.e.,Rs.250/=
2.Despatch of certificates for the schools with less than 100 participants started from 18.01.2010.
3.Cash prize, Merit certificate and Medal for the prize winners, Participant certificates and book for all students (if more than 100 students participated )will be started despatching from 1st February 2010.
4. The despatch work is expected to complete before 28th February 2010.
5.Schools not received the certificates by 28th February 2010 are requested to send a written complaint or email before 31.03.2010 with details of entrance fee and number of participants, address for communication address, contact phone / cell numbers. Complaints over phone will not be entertained.
6. Complaints after 31.03.2010 will not be entertained.
7.The Headmaster / Principal / In-charge teacher who registered more than 100 participants are requested to send their bio data and two copies of passport size photographs before 15th February to enable to issue Appreciation certificate / shield.

9.Disputes if any are subject to Dharmapuri District courts only.
