HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH ORGANISATION  is a non – profit   based  Institute  for  Non - Formal continuing Education, Research and  Motivation  Studies dedicated more than a decade to promote skill and efficiency of the youths and thereby standard of living of Indian citizens. It was established under the guidance of  Late.Mr.G.Bhujanga Rao I.A.S.

There is a opinion even among the population economist that the poor economic development and high ratio of unemployment in India are due to her thick  population.

But the HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH ORGANISATION  thinks  otherwise. According to HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH ORGANISATION  Indian population is not an hindrance to the socio-economic growth of the nation but it is a strength to built up a strong economy.
India has very rich Human Resource. If the hands of our people are properly trained and directed to act effectively and efficiently the weakness will turn into the other side i.e., the strength.
